"TERA - Maison de l'Europe de la Charente" is a French non-governmental organization actively working in the field of European projects in the framework of the Erasmus+ program. After more than 10 years of activities, including European projects such as Grundtvig partnerships, Strategic partnerships in the field of VET, European youth exchanges, study visits, etc.

We are currently looking for new project cooperation KA2 in the field of adult education and non-formal learning.

As a project coordinator, we have just finished this year an excellent Grundtvig project which seeks to give better recognition of the skills and competences gained through informal learning of women activley involved in local associations by using the autobiographical method. Our team is currently working on some ideas for a future KA2 project concerning the intergenerational exchange between women. The basic idea is to develop a tutorship by using ITC and to develop basic skills as well as to foster autonomy among young unemployed women.

Therefore we are currently looking for a project coordinator for building up together with us and coordinate the project.
