Hello from FPA Miguel Hernández in Puerto de Sagunto, Spain.

We are an adult school that has had an Erasmus project KA122 approved recently and we would like to share learning and teaching experiences with other European schools (either jobshadowing or hosting). In our school we have several programmes addressed to adults with a wide range of interests. The most important ones are:

• Programme A helps adults to get their GCSE.

• Programme C covers the learning of our co-official language (Valencian)

• Programme E covers the learning of foreign languages (English, French and Spanish for immigrants) and digital competence.

• Programme F provides knowledge and practice on their favourite leisure activity: drama, music, cinema, art, writing, TICs…

We belong to the net of Collaborative Digital Schools in Valencia, which means that we are starting to implement digital tools for school organization and communication with students. 

We would like to visit other European adult schools so as to learn alternative teaching methods and to know how other schools handle sustainability and TICs. Social integration of immigrants is also one of our objectives.

Our town is a wonderful place on the Mediterranean coast where you can find both historical and industrial heritage.
