What We Offer:
- Innovative Interdisciplinary Approach: The training integrates insights from anthropology, philosophy, psychology, and coaching to build a comprehensive and adaptable educational framework.
- Ethnographic Need Analysis: By conducting a needs assessment, we will tailor the modules to meet the real challenges faced by educators.
- Scalable Training Model: The project will develop a replicable model to be used across Europe, enhancing the capacity of educators to work with diverse student populations.
Key Activities Involved:
- Conducting rapid ethnographic assessments of educators' needs
- Developing four training modules focused on cultural diversity, critical thinking, and coaching competencies
- Piloting the modules in Turkey and Spain, with opportunities for partners to test them in other regions
