We are a group working to break down communication barriers through strategies and technologies applied to different contexts.

Our target group is the migrant community, which not only benefits from more inclusive communication but also becomes an active part of the language process.

We won a project as project leader and received a "good practice award", and we are very proud of how we worked!

For the next call in March we have written a project on the training of operators in reception contexts.

Please find a summery of the project below:

The project aims to improve the multilingual and intercultural communication skills of operators in the migrant reception sector. By providing specific training and a co-designed toolkit, it seeks to enhance service quality, facilitate bettercommunication with migrants, and address linguistic barriers. Additionally, the project will empower operators to traincolleagues, creating a multiplier effect and improving the overall experience for migrants accessing these services.
