We are planning to apply Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnerships for school education with a local partnership between Yakutiye District Directorate Of National Education, Atatürk University Faculty of Education and Primary and Secondary Schools for the Visually Disabled. 
With the proposed Project, it is aimed to overcome the listed deficiencies :
*To eliminate the eductional problems caused by absence of educational materials for visually disabled
*To bring the substructure of our school which has deficiencies, in compliance with EU standards.
*To eliminate the deficiencies of the administrators and teachers who haven’t got academic education for visually disability students.
*To eliminate the implementation deficiencies of our teachers in the educational methods and techniques applied in the schools in Europe for visually disabled students.
* To eliminate the implementation deficiencies in the individualized education plans according to the level of visual disability. 
With the support of Atatürk University Faculty of Education, training in teaching methods and techniques in science and chemistry fields will be provided for the partner institutions’ staff. With this training it is aimed to help the teachers and administrators with their work in visually disabled students' classes. 
The institutions that we want to be partner are the organisations, schools giving education to visually disabled students. 
The partner institutions should be able to provide visually disabled student oriented training in mathematics, English, music etc. for our staff.
With our partners , we aim forming a teacher guideline which is going to help education in the classes of visually disabled students or designing a web site with the same purpose.
