Impact evaluation expert
In recent years, impact evaluation has become increasingly relevant in the planning and assessment of EU-funded projects.
However, in many cases, impact is still addressed only as a theoretical expectation — a narrative declaration included in proposals, with little connection to concrete data or evidence.
To ensure the measurability, credibility and effectiveness of an intervention, it is essential to include a dedicated Work Package (WP) for impact evaluation, designed not as a formal requirement, but as an integral and strategic component of the project lifecycle.
🎯 Our methodology guarantees a real shift from espoused theory to theory-in-use:
Impact is not just described — it is tested, measured, and validated in context.
Based on doctoral research and real-world practice, we developed an integrated model that combines:
- Theory of Change (ToC) – to co-design the logic of the intervention and its expected outcomes;
- Citizen Science (CS) – to actively involve beneficiaries in data collection and analysis;
- PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) – a statistical technique to validate the causal links between activities, outcomes, and impact.
This approach ensures that social impact becomes visible, measurable, and replicable — increasing project quality and accountability.
🔹 We are available to join Erasmus+ KA2 projects as a partner organisation specifically dedicated to designing and managing the Impact Evaluation Work Package (WP).
📈 Including a structured WP for impact evaluation significantly enhances the credibility, transparency, and quality of the project as a whole — both during implementation and at reporting stage.
