Developing new teaching practices (example: active learning) to strengthen the engagement, motivation and socio-professional integration of vulnerable populations
We are Frate Formation Conseil, a non-profit organization that has been working since 1972 in the fields of French language learning, skills training, job search assistance, and career guidance. We primarily work with public sector organizations and participate in the implementation of integration policies. We pay particular attention to the most vulnerable groups: job seekers and those with low qualifications. We strive to facilitate their integration and advocate for greater equity and social justice.
Our organization is founded on the values of respect, fraternity, solidarity, democracy, secularism, and citizenship, which enable us to fulfill our mission.
Today, we wish to share our practices, discover new ones, and observe the operations of other organizations to develop our skills and improve our work.
We are looking for an organization that can train us in new teaching methods, particularly active learning, to place the learner at the heart of the learning process and ensure successful achievement. We are seeking an organization that uses innovative teaching methods with a proven track record of concrete results with vulnerable or struggling learners. As an association specializing in French as a foreign language, we wish to adopt new practices to develop our learners' language skills. Our mission also includes promoting the integration of vulnerable populations (migrants, the long-term unemployed, etc.), and we hope that adopting new teaching methods will help us better support our learners, enable them to acquire knowledge and skills over the long term, and instill in them the desire and motivation to learn.
Looking forward to discussing our project with you
