We are currently developing two European cooperation projects and are looking for partners and/or coordinators to join us:

1. European Career Bridge – A simple, scalable, and impactful model for labor market integration of vulnerable groups into the IT sector (Option 1) or into both the IT and Green Economy sectors (Option 2). The project uses Januam’s AI-supported “Assess, Analyze, Match” methodology to identify skills, connect learners with micro-learning and mentoring, and match them with real job opportunities. Partners will adapt the model to their local contexts through outreach, employer engagement, and pilot implementation.

2. BizStart – A 24-month initiative to empower adults (30+) with digital and entrepreneurial skills to create small businesses and access startup ecosystems. The project combines training in e-commerce, digital marketing, financial tools, and business structuring with mentoring, networking, and investor access. Partners will help develop the curriculum, run pilots, and connect participants with local business ecosystems.

We are looking for:

• Adult education providers, career guidance organizations, and entrepreneurship support organizations with strong local networks.

• Partners from Poland, Greece, Belgium/Switzerland, and Germany (examples already identified) and other EU countries.

• Institutions interested in hosting pilots, engaging employers, and scaling the model in their contexts.
