UATAE is a Spanish organization that works to promote the defense of the labor, economic, and social rights of self-employed women and men, along with the promotion of self-employment and entrepreneurship. Its values include leadership, collaboration, transparency, diversity, and quality with a deep focus on people, services, integrated associations, and productivity. Our activities include:
Advocacy: UATAE advocates for the rights and interests of self-employed workers and entrepreneurs. Including lobby for policies and regulations that support this group, such as fair labor practices, access to social security, and favorable tax policies.
Support Services: Including legal assistance, guidance on business management, and access to resources for starting and growing business.
Community: UATAE fosters a sense of community among self-employed workers and entrepreneurs, providing networking opportunities, forums for discussion, and platforms for sharing experiences and best practices.
Education and Training: We offer educational programs and training workshops to help the self-employed individuals and entrepreneurs develop their skills, improve their businesses, and navigate the challenges of self-employment.
