SuperCode is an institute for digital education and competences in Düsseldorf/NRW. To start their career as programmers, we train people job-relevant coding skills, in intensive courses (full-time/ part-time, frontend/ backend). The increasing Europeanisation of the labour market and the general geographic flexibility of IT-experts calls for a European direction of IT-education.

As a young and agile institute for IT education (foundation in April 2019), SuperCode is in constant development. SuperCode’s participants are highly diverse and we are especially trying to promote women in technology and to integrate refugees through high-quality education. The team and trainers place their work into a European/ international context and show high intercultural skills. No matter if they are dealing with cultural diversity in the course, the alignment of the course content to a European labour market, to address the diverse target groups or to place the students into jobs.
