We implement programs for the acquisition of secondary education for youngsters focused on sports and the development of professional sports careers. We also develop and implement programs for people whose sports careers have ended. We are conducting a high school program of general gymnasium and economics for around 230 young athletes. In addition to the fact that we conduct formal programs for acquiring a secondary vocational education for them, we also conduct various informal workshops and programs, and thus we contribute to the development of their dual careers.

In addition, for many years we have been developing and implementing retraining, training, and advanced training programs, foreign language learning approved by the competent ASOO (Agency for Vocational Education and Training), and according to the decision of the Ministry of Science and Education. We also conduct several other non - formal training with the purpose of acquiring specific skills that are needed to facilitate entering the labor market. 

We are focused on strengthening individual competencies and adapting to the current needs of the labor market, and we independently designed and implemented more than a 100 different programs, which included more than 2.400 adult students in various educational sectors (health sector, an agricultural sector with an emphasis on sustainable development, economic sector through raising entrepreneurial competencies and other specific competencies of the individual, personal services, digitalization, and other sectors ...).

One of the things that we are extremely proud of is the development of 2 educational programs/qualification standards/occupational standards. More so is because of the fact that these standards and programs resulted from a project, a project that was co-funded by the European Social Fund. The programs/standards focus on the sports animation and tourist offer for people with disabilities, who are also the target groups of the aforementioned project, as well as the programs themselves. Both programs were validated by the Croatian Agency for Vocational Education and Training and accepted and published by Croatian Ministry of Science and Education. The occupational standards are registered in the Register of the Croatian Qualifications Framework.

We currently have 9 employees (from various fields of expertise) on a contract basis, with a tendency to grow and develop. We also engage more than 30 external experts involved in the implementation of the program, according to the nature of their work. These are professors of chemistry, biology, history, German language, Italian language, economic group of subjects, informatics, mathematics, physics, Latin language, sociology, psychology, fine and musical arts, and many others. 

All employees are academically educated, and most of them have completed the additional necessary education to work with adult students and have necessary pedagogical competencies. The institution has modern digital equipment such as computers, smart boards, projectors, and other digital aids for modern teaching, and we have also developed our own platform for online teaching in hybrid form.
