ERASMUS PLUS EXPERIENCE:

Skill Up has a team for planning and managing Erasmus projects, developing intellectual outcomes, managing Dissemination and Promotion, controlling the Quality processes.

Skill Up has participated and is participating as a partner to several Erasmus Plus projects, which all helped and will help Skill Up to upgrade its high-quality training offer and to improve the competences of its trainers. These are the latest:

  1. “Breaking the Ceiling”, n. 2022-1-DE02-KA220-VET-000085146. The project focuses on Soft Skills to deconstruct the “glass ceiling” and gender stereotypes in the workplace.
  2. “CHESS for Lifelong Learning”, n. 2022-1-IT02-KA210-ADU-000083311, a project aiming to bring chess practice into teaching soft skills in Adult Education.
  3. “EDL - Emotional Distance Learning”, N. 2021-1-DE02-KA220-ADU-000026099. The project works on developing an assessment model and a training toolkit, aimed at helping both trainers and learners to face and manage the emotions linked to online training.
  4. “LOL -Learning Operative Lab”, N. 2021-1-IT02-KA210-ADU-000034967. The partners have selected 5 Good Practices and have shared them in a Portfolio of training tools for the acquisition of soft skills through the development of emotional intelligence. The practices are EDA training modules, developing competences related to: Environmental Sustainability, Inclusion and Diversity, Empowerment and Engagement, Digital Competencies.
  5. “Minerva” - N. 2021-1-IT02-KA122-ADU-000017966, a mobility project dedicated to women trainers over 40, who took part to a training course on Leadership.
  6. “THINK DIVERSE!”, Agreement n. 2020-1-IT02-KA227-ADU-095146: the project aims primarily to integrate the Key Competence (KC) n. 8 in the Adult Education sector and, secondarily, to promote awareness of the theme of Diversity; Skill Up is currently developing training materials on Women equality and Gender identity.
  7. “CALLING” N. 2019-1-IT02-KA201-C3B2C425: the project consists in the implementation of a digital platform to monitor an Orientation Path and to evaluate the development of skills and competences in school students. Skill Up, as a project partner, was responsible of IO4, the “Calling Charter”, a reference document able to illustrate how to use the CALLING digital platform and why, in order to propose its use to the School System.
