The School for Leaders is an institution that cares about the quality of public life in Poland and Poles abroad. For over 20 years has been working on the development of a conscious, value-based leadership. We invent and support leaders in different areas of public life: in non-governmental organizations, institutions of local government and political organizations and parties. We believe that it is the people with leadership skills, entailing others, are the engine of change.

The Foundation is a place of encounter and dialogue. Our programs involve people from different political and social backgrounds. The confrontation with another point of view, is one of the basic tools to build a school on the one hand culture discussion based on respect, on the other - awareness of their own value system and derived from its identity.

The Foundation's programs are a powerful developmental experience for many of Graduates become a turning point in their careers in public life. School  for Leaders gives them different tools to carry out the changes and influence, increases self-awareness and create opportunities for further development.

Basic programs of the Foundation, thanks to the commitment of donors and donors remain for many years free of charge. In addition, the School for Leaders offers individually tailor programs and services. Profit from the business as a whole is allocated to the statutory objectives of the organization.

In over 20 years of the School for Leaders programs have benefited more than 3,200 participants in the last 5 years - an average of 250 per year.

Flagship projects of the Foundation carried out in Poland is the School for Leaders of Civil Society slso (more than 1,000 graduates) and Program Leaders of Polish-American Freedom Foundation (500 graduates). The Foundation also runs the School for Leaders (addressed to the Polish community activists) and projects "Eastern" in which actions are taken in Poland and abroad.
