Our Project Management work is ongoing since last two years, when we formally decided to devote our time professionally to education and training through structuring a competent, active NGO with the main aim of providing youth opportunities and educational tools in Sweden and abroad. Our Organization has a commitment towards European youth to support them in tailoring their education on the basis of talent and needs, expectations and social transformation while they are learning, being on mobility to gain experience and competences, shaping their future and obtaining information in European youth policies and activities.

We aim at contributing to the active involvement of the young people, the civil society and the related Stakeholders and Institutions at all levels (from local to European and international).

Our objectives are:

NDF is involved in both promoting European values as the local ones on cultural, educational and economic level through the application and the development of innovative and participatory methodologies and tools and in the promotion of projects and initiatives with the target of raising awareness of the European opportunities.

The organization cares all generations regardless of their gender, age or ethnic background, particularly promoting youth diversity and understand that, young people naturally seek excitement, friendship and support.

We believe most powerful force in the promotion of international understanding and peace is exposure to different cultures.

The organization had the opportunity to involve youth work, in the form of workshops, youth exchanges training courses and other intercultural activities.

NDF deals with youngsters from different social and economic backgrounds, daily. It is very important for their members to build their competences in youth work management and how to effectively handle daily situations.

The participants that will represent their organization will be able to contribute by sharing their background, culture, concerns ideas and expertise and good practice among their partners. It is very important that organizations working, directly, with youth, in all levels, can create the necessary platforms to bring together all these young people to share ideas and concerns.
