We strive to contribute to the development of society in different areas that are important both for the individuals and the whole community through the improvement of the general and common good. The focus of our actions is on youth, ecology and environment protection, rural development, culture and cultural heritage, and education (in all forms). Our consultants and employees have vast experience in various problem domains. Also, they've prepared and implemented many projects financed by different donors.

LINES OF PRIORITY ACTIONS 

AREA 1 – YOUTH 

• Establishment of Foundation assets to better serve and achieve mission and vision 

• Empowering young people to start development projects in agriculture and rural development 

• Enhancing and improving the networking of young people from BiH with peers world-wide for the sake of common interests, promotion of democratic values and principles through projects aiming to preserve and protect cultural and historical heritage, biodiversity and environment 

• Establishing of fund for scholarships for young talents, youth from socially vulnerable groups and families erasing the discrimination and reducing the social differences thus raising self-confidence and improving their mental and physical health 

• Organisation of events, travels (educational, sport and cultural events) aiming to facilitate socialisation of rural area children and youth from vulnerable groups 

• Active participation of youth in environment protection activities (e.g., cleaning the city, riverbanks, reforestation) combined with educational activities in summer schools, camps, classes in nature etc. 

• Participating in joint and exchange projects with youth from other countries in different collaboration areas (culture, sport, ecology, etc) to overcome stereotypes and prejudices, developing empathy and dialogue between different ethnic and religious cultures fighting any form of discrimination and building better future societies based on knowledge, respect, peace and tolerance. 

AREA 2 – RURAL DEVELOPMENT 

• Establishment of fund that will provide financial assistance facilitating start of agricultural production by young people, their training and co-funding of equipment and raw materials for advanced agricultural production – green and circular agricultural production and economy. 

• Empowering young people (18-35yo) to deal with agricultural production of profitable crops, spices, etc through serial of education events. 

• Organising fair, demonstration events and similar promotion events supporting rural development, young and successful entrepreneurs to facilitate their market penetration

• Strengthening collaboration between academics (young students, assistants and professors) and young agricultural producers through organisation of regular education meetings and events to increase the level of knowledge of farmers on modern technologies and other agrotechnical measures. 

• Increase employability by issuing annual call for application to help interested young people to start with investments in agricultural production by reviving their abandoned properties thus increasing employment in the villages. 

AREA 3 – ECOLOGY 

• Organisation or regular education events for young people and other interested parties on important issues relevant to the environment protection 

• Organisation of summer/winter camps for youth in nature (sea, mountain, forests, national parks) to raise awareness on importance of protection of natural resources, biodiversity and living environment. 

• Education and promotion of renewable energy sources and their benefits and importance through projects contributing to the healthier environment 

• Organization of the event focusing on importance water, rivers, forests, ores, land, air, and how to preserve and improve these vital resources and preserve biodiversity at our planet.
