editerráneo Culinary Center is not only a VET school specialised in Cooking, Gastronomy and Health (nutrition) but it also participates in many European projects as host organisation too. Our team mainly manages and collaborates in the realisation and the implementation of educational programmes, such as Erasmus+ projects (KA1 and KA2), PON and POR projects. We take care of all participants and we offer the following services: • Inclusion of trainees in structures of excellence. As a matter of fact, we count with a network of quality partners from local authorities, ranging from restaurants, pastry making, hotel and tourism industry in the city of Valencia, as well as in other fields of study such as: administration, marketing, social work, hair and makeup styling, skincare, retail, customer service and ICT service; • Personalised monitoring during the whole stay; • Accommodation in host families (full-board or half-board); • Accommodation in flats; • Spanish and English courses, for small groups, given by qualified and experienced teachers (tailor-made); • Attendance and final evaluation certificates; • Development of job shadowing projects and related certificates; • Cooking and Bakery courses, Paella Cooking Classes and other development courses; • Socio-cultural activities such as guided tours, cultural visits, linguistic exchanges, meetings; • Transport from/to the airport; • Development, monitoring and dissemination of KA2 projects. For KA2 projects, we carry out scientific and educational research where we contribute by creating teaching or learning materials and other educational tools for gastronomy, sustainability, green skills, sustainable businesses in the hospitality sector, digital and entrepreneurial skills, intercultural communication, language learning and teaching practices, cultural heritage, tourism, agriculture and the field of agriVET. We have participated in many KA2 projects with partners from Malta, Germany, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Austria, France, Romania and so on. We believe that participating in international projects is a great opportunity for our organisation and also for all members of our school: teachers and students included. These exchanges represent a professional and personal growth, and thanks to our qualified staff we have experience in organising European KA1 projects, especially those from Italian and French regions and from Northern European countries.
