Master Talent Foundation aims to establish an international network of people and organisatons via talent development programmes. The network evolves through the exchange of knowledge and insights of individuals talents and between organisations and businesses via internship and Work Based Learning.

Master Talent Foundation introduces Work Based Learning as educational concept in Adult Education in Flanders. This is the first centre for Work Based Learning in Belgium that is officially recognised by the government. Master Talent Foundation also advocates the international exchange of skills, competences and knowledge by developing international Work Based Learning programmes.

Master Talent Foundation organises partnerships to offer students and young graduates who have graduated in a specific field of expertise the opportunity to realise a customised learning path via certified Work Based Learning programmes. The programme lasts minimum 1 motnh and maximum 6 months.
