The LANGUAGE SCHOOL FOR SENIOR LEARNERS is not a single institution, but a member of an educational group led by the adult education expert, András Salusinszky. He is also the head of Studio Italia, of the Secondary Vocational School for Foreign Trade as well as the Vice Chair of the Professional Association of Hungarian Language Schools.

The quarter-century-old STUDIO ITALIA was founded by the late Gábor Salusinszky, a professor at the Department of Italian Language and Literature at ELTE BTK in Budapest. It started as a language school specializing in the teaching of the Italian language. The school’s teaching method, which won the European Language Award in 2012, is extremely popular among adult learners. Some years later, we transferred our award-winning teaching methodology first to other languages and in 2014, recognizing the growing need for third age-specific language training, to people over 50: the LANGUAGE SCHOOL FOR SENIOR LEARNERS was launched.

We offer special language courses in English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish.
