Klub personalistů Moravy a Slezska, z.s., (KPMS) is a NGO. Its members are HR managers in private companies, public sector, schools and other institutions in the Moravian and Silesian region. It was founded in 2009. The association has got 139 members associated 63 894 employees and KPMS is in touch with other hundreds of HR managers. The association is the largest in the central Europe. The association is divided into 9 professinal sections (Education, HR processes, Recruitment and motivation, Work with foreigners and migrants, Labour relations, Talent management, Equality of men and women etc.).

The aim of the club is to bring together and promote common interests and needs, to ensure the professionalism of its members and their services, and contribute to the development of human resources, continue to represent its members and their activities in international associations, to submit proposals and to cooperate with state authorities in the preparation and implementation of legislative and other measures in the field of human resources, collaborate with similar institutions, coordinate activities, exchange and dissemination of information and experience between members KPMS.
