Most of teachers use a LCMS (Learning Content Management System) for adult people’s learning.

Some teachers in our adult school have participated in self-formation processes centred in ICT’s learning methodologyfor adult people.

Our entire centre would be implicated in this project, emphasizing the dedication of two teachers: María Luisa MirasCidad and Juana del Arco Martínez. In addition, the rest of teachers would participate developing content and implementing the methodology with their own students.

English teachers would be responsible of the communication with other partners because the two teachers more involved in the project don’t speak English. However, we prefer do the project in Spanish if it is possible.

We could participate on every area of the project in which our experience could be useful. We are very interested on adult people teaching methodology, in searching resources and strategies that favour learning and motivation. This has been object of study and reflexion to the teachers during years and caused the creation of an online course for teachers of adult education that has been made regionally.

It is also interesting the launch of e-learning platforms that can be used by teachers for designing their own courses adapted to their students, as well as for in-person classes. We have experience using virtual teaching environments with this aim and it would be very interesting to exchange experiences and put into practice the knowledge with more accuracy.
