ISON was established in 1991 and it is a knowledge-intensive SME, with strong international activity. The company focuses in HR development and has been the first Organization to provide counselors’ training and scientific career orientation services in Greece. It specializes in: 

Construction, validation, standardization, computerization, publication and use of team and individual behaviour & performance diagnostic tools, with emphasis in psychometric tests. 

Career counselling for adolescents, students, NEETs and mature unemployed. 

Conducting trainings relevant to its expertise, including soft skills development, mindfulness, and entrepreneurship. 

Participation in EC funded programs aiming at the study and development of the human potential, the enhancement of employability and social inclusion of sensitive groups. 

ISON has been awarded in 2022 the title of Key Innovator by the Innovation Radar of EC for its contribution in an Horizon2020 Project. 

The last 20 years ISON has participated in several EC funded programs, aiming at combating the unemployment and enhancing the social adaptation of sensitive groups. It was appointed by the EC overall ex post external evaluator of all Leonardo da Vinci Greek program for the 2nd support framework period. Moreover, ISON was appointed for seven years external ex post evaluator of all programs funded by the European Refugee Fund in Greece.

ISON conducts applied research for the development of original diagnostic instruments, and so far, it has produced and published over 30 Abilities, Motives, Personality and Interests tests. Apart from that, it has been granted with exclusive rights to adapt, standardize and publish world-known tests by the University of Minnesota (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory®2), Harvard University (Thematic Apperception Test®) and by other specialized European and American test publishing houses. 

In relation to HRM services, the company’s clientele includes multinational corporations, significant local companies and many public organizations. 

ISON combines long experience in Career Counseling and the ability to detect with accuracy which particular issues need to be addressed and which particular qualities need to be cultivated in order to enhance vulnerable groups’ willingness and ability to adapt to current demands in work and social life. Its participation in Erasmus+ projects has both widened and deepened the team’s ability to work with multicultural groups and to exchange up to date methodologies. 

ISON’s mission is to improve the individual behaviour and professional performance, for the benefit of people and the systems where they belong, or they work with, together withwork/personal life balance. 

Apart from its staff, the company works ad hoc with experts in management, marketing, IT, counseling and training. Every year it trains several groups of career counselors and teachers, deliver individual career counseling sessions and work with young people and trainers via other skills and guidance events. 

ISON is ISO 9001:1915 certified. It employs in its operations the Total Quality Management approach and evaluates internally the projects it is involved in using 360° methodology.
