INFAP - Istituto Nazionale Formazione e Addestramento Professionale

INFAP – Istituto Nazionale Formazione e Addestramento Professionale, is an Italian non-profit Association and a qualified Training Institute based in Rome. INFAP core activity focuses on giving a massive contribution to the Cultural, Social and Professional Training, empowering Italian and foreign citizens skills. Social Inclusion and Active Citizenship are some of the main INFAP’s achievements and aims.
INFAP is also actively involved in orienteering young workers in the Labor Market arduous path.
To get the goal, INFAP has been performing the following actions:
- From 2005 onwards, INFAP has been engaged as official Partner in the implementation of the National Volunteering Service, training 500 young volunteers (18-28 yrs).
- In 2013, thanks to the “Crea il tuo Futuro” (Build up your Future) Project, INFAP is promoting the enhancement of young workers skills.
- From 2013, INFAP follows the NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) Programme, powered by the Italian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and EU Policies, to support the professional training of young workers, facilitating the access to the Labor Market.
- From 2015, INFAP works as Coordinating and Sending Organization for EVS projects, co-operates with the Italian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs supporting projects for migrants’ labor integration, encourages the Youth Guarantee Programme as promoter body.
- In 2015 INFAP implemented training courses funded by the European Social Fund, in which the use of e-learning methodology turned out to be fundamental.
- During June 2015 INFAP realized the project “EmployME! Enhancing Youth Experience & Skills through Participation and volunteering”, a Multilateral Youth Exchange aimed at gathering participants from Countries around Europe for talking, discussing, reflecting, sharing possibilities with the purpose of addressing youngsters for today’s and tomorrow’s job market. INFAP coordinated the project in partnership with 4 Youth NGOs established in Croatia, Romania, Portugal and Estonia.
In order to support innovative solutions for SMEs, youngsters, volunteers, migrants, youth and cultural workers, INFAP constantly seeks Partners for originals projects to be carried out in the Education and Cultural Framework, whether for the time being or the future, building sound networks and enduring connections throughout Italy and Europe.
