Fundacion Gestion y Participacion Social (Social Management and Participation Foundation) has different action plans: the project side of which I am the person resposible for maintain our activity plus searching for new opportunities; face to face consulting service for other associations and organisations in order to inform about legal, economic or other information that a non-profit needs to know to become a stronger organisation. 
The third one and maybe the most visible one, is the adult training. We have develop a number of virtual training for adults in general but more preciselly, people who have some kind of relation with non-profits because the trainings are design to proffesionalise the job of people who work in this kind of organisations. 
In order to do so, we have an online platform to support our trainings.
Some examples: Community management for NGO's, basic budgering, management of non-profits, project management... All of them are certified by the Juan Carlos I University of Madrid. 

We also do in person courses or a combination of both in collaboration with public councils.
