FAIRbund e.V. was founded in 1993 as a social organisation in Leipzig. It is taking care for children, youth and their families, which are in need of help or have family problems and special burdens. The children and families  receive at FAIRbund protection and help in acute crisis and are assisted by therapists, psychologists, social pedagogues, remedial teachers and educators in a housing group, a day care group or through ambulant services. As well the association has 5 kindergardens in his guardianship, social workers at primary schools and since 2004 started the European exchange projects. Goal of the projects is to help young people from Europe over the programme „ERASMUS+“ to stay in a foreign country. FAIRbund e.V. is functioning as sending, coordinating and hosting organisation.

Dörte Dietrich is the coordinator of the EU-exchange projects since 2004 at the organization FAIRbund e.V. before she worked in this area already for 3 years with another organization. Mrs Dietrich studied “International Business Studies” in Germany, France and the USA. She coordinated projects within the programs Youth in Action, Leonardo da Vinci , Grundtvig for FARIbund e.V. and gained a lot of experience within the past programmes of Lifelong learning and Leonardo da Vinci II and ERASMUS+. She speaks German, English and French.
Andrea Proniewicz studied in Hungary Communication and Media Sciences and Economics and she gained her Master in European Studies in Leipzig in the year 2013. She has vast experiences in organizing different types of EU-projects and coordinates now projects for FAIRbund e.V. in the frame of ERASMUS +.  She speaks Hungarian, Italian, English and German.
