Cyber Security, Corporate Security and Crisis Management Initiative (C3I)

The Cyber Security, Corporate Security and Crisis Management Initiative (C3I) is a voluntary, independent, and non-profit association established to address contemporary challenges in the fields of cyber security, corporate security, and crisis management. It serves as a platform for expert collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strategic action in areas critical to national and regional security and resilience.
Main Objectives and Areas of Work:
Consulting in corporate and cyber security, digital forensics, personal data protection, electronic transactions, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT), disaster risk assessment, and response planning.
Education and training programs focused on disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, and technological threats, targeting professionals from both public and private sectors.
Scientific research and policy development related to security governance, crisis response, digital transformation, and resilience building.
Project design and management, particularly in EU- and NATO-supported frameworks.
Event organization, including seminars, conferences, and workshops to promote professional development and inter-institutional cooperation.
Partnerships and collaborations with academic institutions, public bodies, civil society, and international organizations to advance comprehensive and inclusive approaches to security and crisis governance.
Publications of professional and scientific articles, analyses, and policy papers.

Track Record and Activities:
C3I has successfully implemented numerous training sessions, workshops, and simulation exercises, such as:
Cybersecurity and Disinformation Training (Feb 2021), with over 100 participants.
Nominal Group Technique Workshop on Violent Extremism (2020), part of a regional initiative to strengthen community resilience.
Passage4Prevent Project (2020–2021), in cooperation with Hedayah and CRPM, aiming to prevent youth online radicalization through education.
Albanian Cyber Academy Keynote Participation (2020).
Workshop with Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (2020), joining North Macedonia to the global initiative on evaluation support for countering violent extremism.
Participation in the 38th DPPI SEE Regional Meeting (2019, Tirana), contributing to disaster risk planning in the Western Balkans.
C3I is a known contributor to NATO, EU, and regional programs in the areas of cybersecurity, resilience building, strategic communication, and security sector reform.
