Through a holistic approach we provide and improve tools for employability, address skills mismatching and implement labor market inclusion of vulnerable groups. Over the years CSAPSA created a solid network at local and regional level involving more than thirteen thousand small and mid-sized enterprises. The cooperative holds strong collaborations with both public and private entities, such as public social services, public health system, universities, and non-profit organisations. CSAPSA's overall experience makes it a valuable strong actor in terms of field and desk research, project design and management and implementation of operational pilot actions in direct contact with the beneficiaries.
