With a history of more than 35 years, CINOP has been an expert in learning, training and development for decades. Together with our partners in the field of education, government and business. CINOP is an independent, (inter)national research, project management and consultancy firm specialized in lifelong learning, vocational education & training (TVET) adult education and employability https://cinop.nl/en/, based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. CINOP employs over 110 professionals and has an extensive network of (inter)national experts with a proven track record. With our expertise we are providing services to a wide range of clients. National and internationally; in both the public and the private sector.

Lifelong learning for all 

CINOP believes in the continuous development of people. For us, learning does not stop after initial education. Every day people gather new knowledge and develop their skills; be it in a formal, non-formal or informal way. It is our mission to contribute to the concept of lifelong learning and work with a joint goal in mind: enabling people to use their talents and develop education.

CINOP believes that everyone has the right to access and complete education and should have a successful transition to the labour market to do the work that suits both the needs and passion of the individual and the labour market. By working on these topics we have an impact on promoting equity and equality from start to finish, reducing drop-out rates and increasing access for vulnerable groups, growing a new generation of professionals who are able to follow their passion and improving labour market supply and demand. 

Expert center on inclusive education

In collaboration with stakeholders, regional partners and companies, Expert centre on inclusive education, ECIO, being part of CINOP, develops innovative, practical solutions for more inclusive education — education that is open to as many students as possible and reduces the need for specific adjustments. For more than 75 years. Our ultimate aim is education for everyone, without limits. We have experience in:

• developing policy concerning inclusive education and student wellbeing;
• boosting expertise in these fields among employees;
• informing students about the possibilities for studying without obstacles.

We work with tailor made solutions and look at the challenge from different angles, putting the individual in the centre. Other activities of CINOP in order to facilitate learning for all are research and participation from our Euroguidance centre in the international Euroguidance network on lifelong learning and career guidance and management. CINOP is also National Support Service Point for EPALE, the platform for adult education. Furthermore CINOP is the dutch member of the UNESCO-UNEVOC network, that supports UNESCO’s Member States in their efforts to strengthen and upgrade their TVET system and Cedefop Refernet.
