CEPA Artà is a publicly funded adult education school. We are located in Artà, a small town in the east of Mallorca. Our aim is to offer training to adults who left school when they were young or who wish to continue their lifelong learning with our traning offer. We have different training pathways: We offer secondary education courses for adults, literacy and consolidation courses that prepare people with more reading and writing difficulties to integrate into society and to continue with other studies that help them find a job. We also offer language courses, currently Catalan, Spanish for foreigners, English and German, as well as digital training courses. 

Our European Development Plan focuses specifically on the following goals:

- Moving towards environmental sustainability and digitalisation, both regarding management and teaching processes.

- Systematic improvement for digital and social inclusion for adult learners under risk of social exclusion (migrants and refugees).

We are looking for institutions similar to ours that can offer examples of good practices in the two fields just mentioned above, which can host us in job shadowing activities to achieve our European Development Plan and to enhance the European dimension of our school in further and long-term cooperation.
