Centrum Edukacji i Wsparcia „RES-GEST” (Center of Education and Support “RES-GEST”) is a organization founded in 2001 in Rzeszów. Until 2014 the Center operated under the name of Sports Club for Deaf in Rzeszów. Main aims of the Centrum are: organizing and conducting educational, cultural, professional, social and medical support among deaf people and their families. The Center providing adaptation support to deaf people and others with hearing difficulties in many different aspects of life. Every day we provide a sign language interpreter services, we’re helping to deaf people find a job, fill in the documents. We also organize courses of sign language and conducting a website for the deaf people where they can find the information they need. On our website deaf people can see films translated to sign language.

Our associate realize many different projects directed to deaf people, their families and others with hearing difficulties:

"Głusi na start!" (Deaf to start!) – Beneficiaries of this project was 25 deaf persons, who was jobless, in this project they can get professional qualifications, through this project they will be able to develop professional skills and social competence.

"Spółdzielnie socjalne dla niesłyszących (Social co-operatives support for deaf) – In this project we support 15 deaf people in create three social co-operatives.

"Głusi na wybory" (Deaf to elections) – first in Poland election studio for deaf and heard impaired

Our organization has implemented projects which aim to improve the quality of life deaf  in many different areas of life.

Thanks to projects carried out by our organization deaf obtained support in many different areas of life.
