The mission of our company is to facilitate the economic transformation in an environmentally friendly manner by providing consultancy services in the field of sustainable development, energy efficiency, and renewable energy sources. The organisation and its employees are committed to environmental sustainability. The company offers complex solutions in the field of green economy, including strategic consultancy, project development, project management, engineering activities, as well as education.

Project development: During project development, the project idea which has been developed in close cooperation with the project promoter is adjusted to the criteria of the most suitable funding source and the complete documentation is prepared.

Project management: Our project management service ensures that the projects co-financed by the European Union are implemented in the most efficient way, considering the formulated goals and the available resources.

Strategic consultancy: The elaboration of strategies is based on the complete overview of the capabilities, the operating model, and the medium- and long-term goals of the organisation. This process leads to the joint formulation of the objectives to which the leaders of the organisation and its employees are committed in the long run.

Engineering activities: Our engineering activities include production automation, production preparation, design and construction of special equipment and machines, research and development in the field of mechanical engineering, and industrial expertise.

Vocational education and training: We offer competency-based trainings with the aim of providing useful knowledge for our clients and employees, thus making them successful on the labour market. Predominantly, we educate engineers, technicians, and skilled workers in the machine industry, especially in the field of production.

Adult education: We are committed to raise the awareness of different target groups on energy efficiency, sustainability and AI but we also have a great experience in the field of PM, leadership and entrepreneurship.
