Education
Callidus – an adult education institution, offers a one-year programs and training carried out by around 30 Croatian trainers from business practices, experts in their field.
All programs, performed by Callidus – an adult education institution, are approved and verify by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport of the Republic of Croatia and are modeled according to Croatian standards and Croatian Adult Education Act. To all Callidus attendants, after successful education and training completion, Callidus provides a valid certificate according to the Croatian Adult Education Act. With both stated, Callidus is focused to constantly perform its education and training on the high level for adult education.

Projects
For the last six years, Callidus has been focused on developing and implementing projects in the labour and educational market. Our work has been recognized by EU countries. Alongside other projects, for six years consecutive years, we have been implementing projects financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) together with other European partners from Germany and Austria for the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) in value of 10 million €. Our work for MCAST involves redesigning the existing curricula in accordance with the European Qualifications Framework. We are developing and incorporating new methodologies and tools for the evaluation of students and producing new digitally conceived materials and media in order to transfer knowledge in a more effective and motivating manner. For this project alone, we have gathered over 300 experts from Serbia, Croatia, Austria, Germany and England.
Within projects financed by the Austrian Development Agency Callidus is in charge of project management and implementation. Within the partnership framework, we accomplished one successful project in Moldova in the field of construction. Two new projects started in July 2017, one of them in the field of financial sector in Moldova and the second one in the field of automotive sector in Serbia.
