This is our motto as the training company of Badische Stahlwerke GmbH, one of Europes most efficient steelworks. As a dedicated training provider, we specialize in preparing young adults for successful careers within our corporate group.

We offer vocational training in various fields, including industrial electronics, business administration, industrial mechanics, IT specialists, and many more. With years of experience in professional training, we combine theoretical instruction with practical experience, creating a solid foundation to prepare young adults for their future careers.

As newcomers to the Erasmus program, we are planning several mobilities within Key Action 1 and are eager to build new partnerships in vocational education. We look forward to meeting new participants and fostering collaborations!
