Avangard Personal Consulting Ltd. was established in 2003 as a consultancy and training company. Its mission is to provide complex services (consultancy and coaching, vocational and soft skills trainings) in the area of management and development of organizations and their personal capacity.
Avangard uses modern scientifically proved tools and has a good experience in organizing, holding and securing relevant training materials of local, national forums with international participation in the areas of science and education. Avangard has a considerable experience in development and implementation of projects in the area of vocational and soft skills training, career development and employment, NGO`s sector, regional and local development, financed by different programs of EU and World Bank.

The company has established good partnership with local authorities and has good experience in the development of strategic documents at local and regional level – plans, strategies and concepts.

In the last few years, Avangard has active cooperation with local authorities and successful partnership on projects targeting vulnerable groups of young people from the local community (including their return to the labor market, development of entrepreneurial skills etc.) for example:

- Educational services for youth and adults – incl. trainings, seminars and teambuilding activities on topics such as Leadership and Management; Teamwork; Negotiating skills; Project development and management;

- Providing complex of trainings and consulting services to customers planning to start their own business. Providing trainings, related to the development of entrepreneurial and business knowledge and skills, developing business ideas and plans;

- Raising the awareness and motivation of young people to develop independent business activities, by organizing and conducting group and individual initiatives and other activities with similar orientation;

- Ensuring the sustainability of start-ups by providing advisory and support services, incl. finding suitable sources for financing.

Avangard Personal Consulting Ltd. have experience in development of various training programs for vocational and soft skills training courses, including establishment of content, program, learning materials, evaluation etc..

Avangard Personal Consulting Ltd. has experience with certification of educational programs in different areas. We have a contract with Center for vocational education who gives certificates for vocational training.
