The Academy for Civic Education and Democracy-promoting Measures, is a small non-profit association with civic education, equal opportunities for unemployed and employed persons of all ages, migrants and especially for women on the labor market and learning opportunities.
Through a variety of educational opportunities for schools, businesses and public institutions, we support the personal and academic development of children, adults and disadvantaged people.
The aim of our activities is to promote civic education through targeted educational offers, international understanding and cooperation as well as through written, visual and auditory documentation and to support disadvantaged groups to participate in society.
We fulfill our mission through workshops and coaching, research and publications.

Seminar:
Specifically, the Academy for Civic Education and Democracy-promoting Measures offers workshops for pupils and students aged 10 to 18 on issues of civic education such as institutional teaching, gender mainstreaming, diversity, integration, migration, European Union, participation, media literacy and more. Our special project is the production of podcasts with children, in which they express their opinion on certain current political issues.
For teachers, we offer tailor-made teaching materials for the topics listed above, which can be created individually on request.
In addition, the Academy for Civic Education and Democracy-promoting Measures also offers tailor-made trainings and individual learning programs, tailor-made learning programs and self-directed learning programs for adults. In the future, the Academy for Civic Education and Democracy-promoting Measures is a way to improve the quality of life in the field of youth education and adult education.
For companies, the Academy for Civic Education and Democracy-promoting Measures offers gender training in the area of ​​diversity management and mainstreaming. Especially in extension studies - focused on women it is very important to create an awareness of this, also called soft skills modules.
