🌟 Empowering Journey in Bilbao : Unveiling the Essence of Soft Skills Training 🌟
In the heart of Bilbao, a transformative training initiative unfolded, reshaping the landscape of professional development. The Bilbao Training program, spanning several enriching days, has been a testament to innovation, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence. This training is the next logical part of the Soft Skills 2.0 Erasmus+ Project, co-funded by the European Union.
Day 1: Setting the Stage for Transformation
Exploring the workshops at Peñascal provided a glimpse into the practical aspects of the training. A delicious lunch at Peñascal restaurant fuelled our energy for an immersive introduction to the Soft Skills program, laying the groundwork for a holistic approach to skill development.
Day 2: Connecting with Peñascal's Trainers
Day 2 marked a pivotal moment as participants had the privilege of meeting the trainers from various workshops at Peñascal. These trainers became key collaborators, offering crucial support for the days ahead. The afternoon session delved deep into the intricacies of placement, assessment processes, and the essential role and posture of a trainer, providing foundational insights for the upcoming activities.
Day 3: Application and Hands-On Experience
The enthusiasm continued on Day 3, as participants actively applied observation tools in the chosen Peñascal workshops. This hands-on experience was a dynamic reinforcement of the tools introduced on Day 2, bridging the gap between theory and practical implementation.
Day 4: Practical Scenarios and Reflections
Approaching the training's conclusion on Day 4, collaboration with Peñascal trainers intensified. Practical scenarios were implemented to observe trainees in selected Soft Skills. Post-lunch, a reflective session unfolded, wherein observed Soft Skills were meticulously analysed using the diverse tools at participants' disposal.
Day 5: Culmination with Zerobarrier and Constructive Feedback
On the final day, participants were treated to a remarkable presentation by Discovia on Zerobarrier. This digital tool stands as a valuable asset for trainers and centres, facilitating the implementation of tools developed during the projects.
As the training concluded, a positive and constructive feedback session marked the end on a high note. This group, now strongly bonded, carries forward a sense of camaraderie that undoubtedly bodes well for the future. The imprint of Soft Skills 2.0, both in knowledge and on the meals shared, symbolises not just a concluded training program but a transformative journey with lasting impacts.
