WE CELEBRATE 1 YEAR FROM THE LAUNCH OF FLER EU PROJECT

🎉It has been almost a year since the FLER project was launched. Here are some milestones related to the dissemination activities of the project:
- On 9 and 10 January, 7 international partners, Eurodimensions, Associazione EFFEBI, Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, Virtual Campus Lda., DIMITRA Education & Consulting SA, IEF - Institut d'Estudis Financers, Folkuniversitetet met in Barcelona for the kick-off meeting of the recently launched “Fler” project.
- Several Monthly posts related with about saving and investing money topics.
- On the 4th of April the FLER team had a virtual meeting to discuss and agree together on the next steps of the project implementation.
- On May 10, 2023, in the seminar room of the Department of Multimedia of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, the objectives and aims of the FLER project were presented. The participants were interested in the project results, asked for details and were curious about the final effects of our work. We are glad that the FLER project is so positively received by others.
- We posted 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 on our social media to engage our stakeholders even more.
- On the 2nd of October 2023, was celebrated in Spain DiaEducacionFinanciera2023 an initiative promoted by the Plan de Educacion Financiera of Finanzas para todos and we participated with promoting the scope of the specific project.
- We celebrated November 2023 with a challenge ‘’One month Money saving challenge’’
- Last but not least, on the last days of December 2023, we shared a post related to the Economic Chamber of Greece published magazine "Financial Chronicles " which stressed the importance of financial literacy for everyone in the modern society.
📖Financial literacy education can be enhanced by incorporating gamification techniques and virtual escape room games. These innovative approaches provide a practical and engaging environment for understanding complex financial concepts, enhancing retention and application of knowledge. Virtual escape room games promote teamwork and critical thinking, addressing student disengagement and equipping individuals with practical skills for personal finance.
🎯This is one of the main ideas behind the FLER Project and the creation of the escape room games. Soon the Financial Literacy Scenarios will be ready for all of you.
