In the past months, UNDP North Macedonia, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Education and science and relevant national experts, worked on the development of the Concept for secondary education of adults. The Concept, adopted and published few days ago, is a further important strategic document, supporting the sustainable development of the adult education in the country. The sector has been one of the political priorities over the past decade.

The Concept gives an overview of the current situation of the secondary education for adults in the country, offers a list of recommendations for implementation and highlights the potential challenges.
