International Challenge for Mathematics Educators

Are you passionate about mathematics and eager to contribute to global education? The Users' International Challenge (UIC), part of the ERASMUS+ Gate2Math (G2M) Project, invites educators, students, researchers, and enthusiasts worldwide to create high-quality Open Educational Resources (OER) for mathematics.

Competition Structure:

  • Open Stage: February 14 – March 28, 2025
  • Final Stage: April 13 – 26, 2025

How to Participate:

  1. Develop original OER materials in English, such as exercises, video tutorials, or interactive modules.
  2. Complete the submission form by the specified deadlines.
  3. Participate in the assessment phases and public voting.

Aims and objectives
The goal of the Users' International Challenge is to promote the creation of high-quality Open Educational Resources for mathematics, fostering global collaboration, innovation, and accessibility in math education.
Expected (learning) outcomes
After participating in the Users' International Challenge, the participant will be able to:
- Create high-quality Open Educational Resources for mathematics that enhance learning experiences.
- Design engaging and effective math learning materials using innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Utilize digital tools effectively for developing and sharing educational content.
- Present and promote their learning resources in a structured and compelling manner.
- Recognize diverse educational needs and contribute to more inclusive and accessible math education.
Recognition / certification of participation
High-quality contributions may be eligible for Amazon Gift Cards.
