The standard methodology is highly practical and participative with hands-on approach that comprises real-job examples, case studies examination and simulations. Cancellation and changes

At ELA, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing you with the flexibility you need. If you are unable to attend your course, the most common option is to reschedule it. Simply notify us by email, and if you inform us at least two months before the course begins, we'll happily reschedule you at no additional cost 🔄. Cancellation, while rare, is considered an extreme measure. For unjustified cancellations a fee may be applied depending on the timing of your notification, as accommodation costs may already have been incurred 🏨. In any case for cancellations notified at least 10 weeks before the course begins no cancellation fee will be applied. In cases of force majeure (unexpected events), we apply special conditions to support you, including free rescheduling regardless of when you notify us 📅. We are here to ensure that your experience remains as smooth and flexible as possible!

• The name of the course provider and the course instructor(s) 👨‍🏫👩‍🏫

We offer full support to participants at every step of the certification and validation process, focusing on European instruments and Erasmus+ requirements such as staff mobility, learning agreements, quality commitments, and the Europass Mobility Certificate 🛠️.

Additionally, we understand that schools and educational organizations may require extra documentation to certify the competences acquired or the participant’s presence during the training. Upon request, we can provide further certification and reporting documents 📄. We also offer photos 📸 and a summary video 🎥 of the training course, which can be used for visibility and dissemination purposes.
