Innovative Steps in Education in Poland from Konya Provincial Directorate of National Education

The activities, which took place between 4-8 November 2024, were organized to improve the quality of education and contribute to the professional development of the participants. Within the scope of the activity, teachers, managers and trainers from our adult education institutions strengthened their teaching and leadership skills.

The mobility activities included 6 Teaching and Learning Tasks, 1 Job Shadowing and 4 Courses and Training activities. Through these activities, participants had the opportunity to gain international experience, expand their professional networks and engage in collaborative learning.

- Education and Training Tasks: English teachers taught in classes and workshops organized at KONTAKT language school. In these assignments, participants collaborated with local educators to engage in lesson planning, co-teaching and observation activities.

- Job Shadowing: One participant observed educators in Poznań and experienced classroom practices and the use of digital tools. The knowledge gained in this process will enable the development of innovative methods that can be applied in educational settings in Turkey.

- Leadership Course: Focusing on developing leadership and management skills for school administrators, participants received training on topics such as communication, motivation, problem solving and conflict management.
