The goal of the training course on the innovative educational technologies is to enable the teacher to conduct proper courses in a beneficial way using all advantages the new technologies offer. It is a must for a teacher/trainer of nowadays to be acquainted of a use of new technologies in the process of teaching in order to meet the needs of a modern learner and requirements of reality of 21st century. The course is created in order to meet those needs and is preceded by a first part on the new paradigms of teaching and learning, then moves on to the presentation of the Moodle platform, its tools and its functionality: how to login in the platform, how to customize the homepage of the course and how to insert content and activities.

1) Moodle platform: Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is a modular learning environment, very dynamic. It is e-learning platform, a didactical tool which used through web and which supports traditional teaching methods permitting to teachers to publish and share learning materials, to create lessons, exercises, tests.

2) Use of IMW: The Interactive Multimedia Whiteboard (IMW) is an interactive tool which allows computer images to be displayed onto a board using a digital projector. There are many different types of interactive whiteboards which operate with diverse software and tools. Through all whiteboards users can interact with the contents by using their finger as a mouse, directly on the screen.
