Digital, projectbased learning material is available in three languages



Thanks to the project 2023-2-HU01-KA210-VET-000177733 “Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training” funded by the European Union, the Hungarian National Gastronomic Association developed a digital, project-based methodology with its Italian partner Azienda Agricola Biologica Floriddia Rosario Floriddia.
Title of the project:
Promoting regional agriculture and hospitality as complementary and mutually supportive sectors for vocational students and trainers.
The aim of the project is to use the methodology, based on the Italian cooperation model, to bring about a change of attitude among agriculture and hospitality teachers andstudents, which will encourage inter-professional cooperation in real life.
Indirectly, our aim is to change consumer habits to promote environmental sustainability. We support the work of vocational teachers with tutorial videos on a digital platform, so that they can help students in their project work in the right way.
