Voices for Climate Action - podcast and conscious marketing
Climate hope has a sound, and it’s women’s voices leading the way.
Voices for Climate Action is a new EU co-funded vocational training program designed to help women entrepreneurs in climate action across the EU launch their own podcasts and share stories the world needs to hear.
Led by Circles of Impact (Austria), Evolving Cycles (Greece), and the Conscious Marketing Movement (Estonia), the program will support 30 women entrepreneurs through hands-on training in podcasting, storytelling, and conscious marketing — all grounded in climate justice and regenerative values.
“This program is about more than technical skills,” says Clôd Priscilla Baumgartner, director of Circles of Impact (Austria). “It’s about storytelling, empowerment, and shifting the climate conversation — all made possible thanks to the European Union’s commitment to inclusive, creative upskilling.”
Why This Matters
Despite making up nearly half of all podcast listeners, only 29% of podcast creators are women, according to Edison Research. This program exists to shift that imbalance and ensure the voices shaping a regenerative future reflect the richness and diversity of the people building it.
Participants will co-create a multilingual podcast channel featuring 40+ episodes, highlighting creative, local climate solutions and lived experiences across Europe.
“Facts are necessary, but stories? They’re 22 times more memorable,” say the organizers, referencing research from Stanford’s Dr. Jennifer Aaker. “This program is about shifting the narrative — with courage, creativity, and community.”
A Learning Journey Rooted in Joy and Connection
Participants can choose between two in-person locations:
- Megalopolis, Greece | 11-15 June, 2025
- Plank am Kamp, Austria | 2-6 July 2025
Each training culminates in a powerful fireside chat — a community gathering where local residents are invited to join and share stories, memories, and climate hopes:

- Plank am Kamp, Austria | Saturday, 5 July 2025 at 5 PM CEST (local time)
Following the workshops, the journey continues online with 5 virtual sessions from August to October 2025, offering continued support and learning in a vibrant cross-EU community.
Whether they're promoting low-carbon living, working in circular fashion, designing net-zero architecture, or leading local food systems, these women are building the future. Now, they’ll be podcasting it too.
“Starting a podcast can feel scary,” the team adds, “but we’re making it simple, supportive, and fun. It’s about sharing your truth, one mic check at a time.”
