Mastering Erasmus + KA2 Project writing in Barcelona

Dijana attended the Erasmus+ course "Mastering K2 Project Writing" to improve her Erasmus+ project proposal writing skills and better support our organization (Uciliste Magistra) in obtaining EU funding.
The course was comprehensive, starting with an introduction to Erasmus+priorities and comparing KA1 and KA2, followed by a detailed exploration of the available funding schemes. Throughout the week, the whole class engaged in practical activities, including a SWOT analysis of schools, needs analysis for projects, and identifying goals and objectives.
Afterward, they moved on to planning their projects, learning how to identify project results, select appropriate partners, and understand the fundamentals of project management. This step-by-step design approach was invaluable. On the fourth day, they focused on drafting structured project proposals, considering budgets, impact, and management plans. The final day was dedicated to the online application process, utilizing the EU digital platform and OID code. It culminated in project presentations and evaluations based on relevance, design quality, team, and impact.
By the end of the course, Dijana gained the skills to navigate Erasmus+ funding schemes, select suitable calls for proposals, draft aligned project ideas, choose appropriate partners, design projects, outline critical plans, and write proposals that meet evaluators' success criteria. In her words: "This course has significantly enhanced my capability to contribute to my institution's international projects and collaborations."
