Giovanni Emanuele Corazza - EPALE Community Conference 2022

Today, incremental innovation is the rule, but to follow this path would lead the world towards a dramatic and unsustainable future. We need discontinuity, without disruption. This entails the use of our creative abilities, possibly but not necessarily aided by AI, along with ethics and wisdom.
Creativity must therefore become a democratic discipline, accessible to everyone, with both theoretical and practical exemplifications. In this talk, the DA VINCI model for the creative thinking process will be shown to possess the wanted requirements.
Giovanni Emanuele Corazza is a Full Professor at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, President of the Fondazione Guglielmo Marconi, and founder of the Marconi Institute for Creativity (MIC), Member of the Board of the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation (ISSCI).
His research interests are focused on developing the Dynamic Creativity Framework and the relationship between intelligence and creativity.
