The Game of Change project brings a new approach to management of the change process

The emphasis of the Game of Change project is on creativity and stress management.

In early December, started an International EU Erasmus+ project Game of Change. The project will run from 1.12.2023 to 30.11.2025 and is aimed at teachers and tutors working in adult education and adult learners.

The project is co-initiated by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Haaga-Helia Ammattikorkeakoulu) from Finland, Berufliches Bildings- und Rehabiltationszentrum from Austria, Bilckpunkt Identität from Austria and Learningdgital SRL from Italy. The project is coordinated by South Savo Vocational College from Finland. The cooperation language is English.

The aim is to develop a new guiding method for change management based on U-theory, combining mindfulness and creativity. The aim of the method is to reduce the stress of students living with change and to increase their resilience in living with change. The aim is also to develop a curriculum for trainers using the method and materials. The curriculum will bring new competences to the change management and guidance skills to teachers and counsellors.

The first kick-of of the project took place 29–31 January 2024, in Helsinki. In a good atmosphere partners get to know each other and worked toward the project´s goals. So project started.
