In the last few years, the education system has been the focus of public attention, numerous ministries and especially education. Unfortunately, the attention focused on education in our country faces the term “brain drain”, while that term is, e.g. in Finland (free research), an unknown term.

The education system should be based on the opinion that everyone can contribute with knowledge or skills and work on their development throughout the educational process. Also, periodically, according to pre-determined terms, the acquired knowledge and competencies should be tested in practice, in real life. In this way, the entire education system undergoes regular control and a kind of self-assessment.

Our education system is based on the view that education should be equal for all and accessible to all, which is very important.

Another essential item in education is to create a stable environment for all actors in education to feel more comfortable and freer. Thus, all participants in education can give their maximum contribution to the quality of educational work.

Also, there is a lot of controversy about free activities and various courses, pieces of training, seminars that we attend according to our interests. What about those skills we have not yet discovered about ourselves? We must try other disciplines to opt for further education eventually.

You can often hear that one should be guided by the motto: “A man should be ready either for life or tests.” The first one should be chosen!

We need to be tailors of our future, take responsibility for our education and strive to be happy and successful people.
