Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Adult Education, Training and Development (Top-up Degree)
Applications for the University of Malta's part-time evening hybrid course leading to a B.A. (Hons.) Degree in Adult Education, Training and Development (starting this October 2024) are open.
The programme's design responds to key measures of Pillar 3 Ensuring Quality in Lifelong Learning Course Provision of the National Lifelong Learning Strategy 2023 - 2030 - particularly the measures that specifically address the requirements of professionalisation of adult educators and their formal recognition.
Graduates of this part-time, evening, hybrid, top-up degree course, will excel in designing and delivering impactful training programmes, leading educational initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of adult learners; and champion professional and leadership roles in 21st century adult education and training contexts, including formal, academic, artistic, community-based, voluntary, and non-formal contexts.

The non-refundable application fee for local applicants is €60, whilst the course fees for local and EU applicants are €450 per semester (x 3years/6 semesters = €2700 total).
The Get Qualified Tax Rebate scheme is applicable, subject to terms and conditions, and scheme availability at the time of graduation.
