Empowering Young Entrepreneurs Through E-Commerce and Recycling: Highlights from the RE4YOU Project
In today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, e-commerce is rapidly becoming a cornerstone of entrepreneurship, especially for young people. Both national and international data indicate the continuous rise of the e-commerce market, with more and more young individuals eager to carve out their place in the digital economy. The REE4YOU project was designed to support these aspiring entrepreneurs — with a unique focus on sustainability and creativity through recycling-based business models.
E-Entrepreneurship Guide for Youth: A Green and Practical Resource
One of the most impactful outcomes of the project is the E-Entrepreneurship Guide for Youth, available in four languages. This guide provides:
An introduction to e-commerce and social commerce platforms,
Legal and platform-specific guidelines for entering the digital marketplace,
Practical tips for success in online business,
Inspiring examples of good practices from across Europe.
This resource was developed in line with the European Commission’s Digital Education Action Plan and emphasizes environmentally conscious entrepreneurship. The guide was led and distributed by Nazilli Public Education Center (NAZHEM) to over 250 young people and 300 organizations.

Seminars and Art Exhibition: Fostering Creativity and Awareness
In March 2025, MI-HI and Youngcubator organized impactful seminars — both online and in-person — to enhance the reach and sustainability of the project. These sessions included:
Introduction to the REE4YOU project,
Recycling and its creative uses in art,
The role and importance of e-entrepreneurship for young people.
Additionally, in May 2024, Nazilli Public Education Center hosted a 3-day recycling-themed art exhibition. Young trainees presented impressive artworks made from recycled materials, gaining admiration from visitors including the District Governor and Director of National Education. The event effectively communicated the value of recycling and digital entrepreneurship to the local community.
Final Evaluation Meeting in Riga, Latvia
From 7–9 February 2025, the third transnational project meeting was held in Riga, hosted by partner organization MI-HI. The agenda focused on:
Evaluating pilot training activities,
Reviewing youth feedback and national reports,
Finalizing project outputs: video tutorials, the e-guide, and the online platform,
Coordinating upcoming dissemination events.
This meeting ensured all deliverables met the project’s quality assurance standards and contributed to its long-term impact.
Conclusion: A Project That Combines Innovation, Youth, and Sustainability
The REE4YOU project is more than an educational initiative — it’s a movement that empowers youth to innovate, recycle, and build sustainable futures through digital entrepreneurship. With tools, training, and creative outreach, it serves as an inspiration for how education can lead to both economic and environmental resilience. #ErasmusPlus #YouthEntrepreneurship #Sustainability #DigitalSkills #RE4YOU #EPALE
