The aim of the upskilling programme developed within the framework of the DIGIGEN project was to support the digital competence development of female leaders with training material that can be used in educational institutions as well as a self-information tool. As the project is coming to its end in October 2024, we are happy to share with you our upskilling programme, which is intended for guidance and HR professionals, trainers and female leaders.

The material, which is now available online in multiple languages, covers the following topics: 

• Female Leaders with Digital Competencies
• Female Leaders in Digital Context
• Female Career Development and Empowerment
• Organisational Development and Support
• Professional Counselling

The project results include a structural handbook and a step-by-step instruction for trainers, powerpoint presentations as well as the readers on all topics and a Problem-Based Learning Library, which gives the theoretical background information on scientific and practical counselling approaches. 

The materials compiled can be used in any order which suits best the interest and needs of the target groups. The order of the topics was carefully designed to build on each other, however, all topics can be understood without the knowledge of the previous ones. 

Those interested can access and download the different parts of the upskilling programme from the Digigen project website free of charge in Hungarian, English, German, Dutch and Lithuanian language.
